Role Objective:
As a Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately, meeting both company standards and customer deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skill set, work with a talented team of professionals, and gain experience in operating various FLT trucks.

Shifts:
- Afternoon 2pm – 10pm
Pay Rate: 11.44£/h up to 27.42.£/h
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently complete all assigned tasks in pick, pack, despatch, goods in, and put away, adhering to company standards.
- Participate in any necessary training to meet operational requirements.
- Collaborate with the operational team to achieve service levels and objectives.
- Comply with all company procedures and policies.
- Maintain stock control.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse space.
- Perform any additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical fitness, as tasks may involve walking, standing, lifting, or stretching, including heavy lifting.
- Basic numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to work well in a team.
