***This is a Full-Time/Permanent Role – Comprehensive Training Provided***

Main Responsibilities:
– Complete assigned general labour tasks under the supervision of a manager
– Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
– Adhere to company’s Health and Safety guidelines at all times
– Maintain a clean and organised work area
– Assist with inventory management and stock control
– Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
– Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications
Skills & Abilities:
– Effective team player
– Preferable previous experience in a similar role, but not mandatory
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Keen attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills
– Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks when needed
– Strong work ethic and reliability
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
– Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
– Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment is a plus
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Shifts: 12-hour shifts
